the whole team started working on the ideas and scripts.
I have created a script for the project he is available on Research and documentation
After the script was created I started working on the references and mood board that is available in Research and documentation tab.
Then each of us had to create simple storyboard here is one example. the whole storyboard is available in Storyboard tab.
After simple storyboard was created then the main storyboard had to be done, so all of us had a meeting once a week to discuss the process and the ideas. So we had to come up with the one big storyboard and move to animatic after that.

I have started to work on the animatic and I created a simple example of the door animation.
done some research for the extra scenes behind the doors.




after that, I started creating animatic scene
I had to create another door scene for the end of our animation
and that is my research
Ater that research, I have created this short animation
I also was working on the Opening scene. that is what I was managed to do
and after few days we come up with this animatic.
Unfortunately after feedback lot of scenes was not clear so we had to change the story in few places.
Here is a full feedback we had.

story needs to work without sound to get what is going on
the therapist should be in control of her own domain, overpower the general idea of the reaper being the most power person in the room.
Explore/ remove Environmental physics, make things appear unnatural to the human world
Cut all unnecessary parts, only keep what adds to the animation
Likes the character designs
If we are going to keep the doors; develop them to make sense; have multiple doors; maybe have the doors move so it confuses the reapers and explains why they opened the wrong door? or find an alternative…
Less or no voices; focus more on the gestures; which refers back to the first point
Less is more; Simplify the plot, we are not a company of animators and are making a short, within a short you only have so little time to get your point across.

here is quick really raw storyboard based on our feedback

So based on our new storyboard we had to do a really simple animatic due to time we didn't have time to put more visual effects.
the feedback this time was better so we could and had to move forward with our 3D software and start rigging. and modeling.

and I started working on the 3d model based on that design

after finishing with the character I had some props to do for our environment.




our next step is to start animating, but now we working on our developent documentation.
Today we started animating and here are some pictures I have tried I used motion blur and in other scene motion blur is off. Scene with motion blur tool 10 min per frame without 2,5 min per frame.


I was able to do character animation thanks to the reference that was recorded.

the next scene was done when father is still angry ate his son and and he is pointing at him to show therapist that he needs to " deal with this every day"
